Great location, easy to get around Florence by a bus station located near the hotel. Positioned in the busy area.

Hotel was clean, fabulously helpful and very amiable staff.

The location was decent and the private parking was on-site. The apartment was romantic with a sofa bed, the bed was good sized.

Handy base for discovering Florence with welcoming staff at the reception desk. Excellent, unbeatable location close to the tourist area and the hassle, the Ponte Vecchio, and the tram stop. Besides, easy access to Stazione Leopolda.  

The most important - perfect and exceptionally nice location in a quiet area with lots of restaurants within 100 metres. The staff - genuinely helpful and highly courteous😃

The room was impressive, spotless with feather pillows.

Clean accommodation, patient staff at the reception desk. Location: excellent and perfect, just off supermarket, major sites of interest, and sightseeing in the. Fabulous food in the restaurants such as Trattoria Baldini, located 5 min away.  

Wonderful base for exploring Florence. Perfect and beautiful property with helpful enough employees at the reception desk. Had apartment with balcony and a nice view. Stunning and particularly good location, just close to Stazione Leopolda. Only

Everything was very comfortable, the service was very good. The room was well-equipped and had a storage space and a kitchen as pictured in advertising. Walk from a train station, the location was comfortable. I dined a minute walk from the hotel at Machu 

We were initially hesitant to stay at Residence Porta Al Prato, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the kitchen facility and the affordable price. we would recommend

The apartment had everything you would need and was close to the city centre

This place is a great choice for a vacation in the city, with a convenient location just a short walk away from the center. The room has a private bathroom equipped with all the essentials, and there is on-site 

We were disappointed in the standard of this accommodation. Reception staff were often unable to understand English making it difficult to speak with them. We could not check out after 5pm or before 8:30. We asked for a receipt to be sent however this has still not arrived. One evening when we had a concern after 5pm we called reception, however the response was that we would have to wait till morning. The computer available was only suitable for web, with no access to word docs. The lighting in the room was poor and the room was in need of renovation.

Nothing was a problem, all questions were answered, the staff was extremely pleasant.

Maybe the Kitchen cupboard were a little old. That did not really bother me.

This hotel is nice with exceptional employees at the reception desk. The property has a good location, it's close to a tram station.
